Welcome to www.easyauction.in(the “Auction Marketplace”). By registering as a buyer and participating in auctions, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility
To participate in auctions, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. By registering, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

2. Account Registration
• You must create an account to place bids on items.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Bidding Process
• Bids must be placed within the designated auction time frame. The auction will start and end at specified times.
• All bids are binding and cannot be withdrawn once placed.
• The highest bidder at the end of the auction wins the item.

4. Payment
• Upon winning an auction, you agree to pay the final bid amount plus any applicable taxes, fees, and shipping costs.

5. Item Description and Condition
• The seller is responsible for accurately describing the item being auctioned. You are encouraged to review the item description, images, and any additional information before placing a bid.
• The Marketplace does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of item descriptions.

6. Shipping and Delivery
• The seller is responsible for shipping the item in a timely manner after payment is confirmed. • You agree to provide accurate shipping information and are responsible for any shipping costs as indicated in the auction listing.

7. Returns and Refunds
• You must review the seller’s return policy before making a purchase.
• If an item is eligible for return, you must initiate the return process within 07 Days of receiving the item, following the seller’s return instructions.

8. Dispute Resolution
• In the event of a dispute with the seller, you agree to communicate directly with the seller to resolve the issue. • If a resolution cannot be reached, the Marketplace may assist in mediating the dispute. However, we are not responsible for the outcome.

9. Prohibited Conduct
• You agree not to engage in any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to shill bidding or misrepresentation. • Violating these terms may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, www.easyauction.in its affiliates, and its officers, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Marketplace or any transactions conducted therein.

11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of significant changes, and your continued use of the Marketplace constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Delhi, India Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Delhi.
