Refund Policy
(In-Between Portal www.easyauction.in & Seller)
At www.easyauction.in , we strive to ensure a fair and transparent experience for both buyers and sellers. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for transactions conducted through our platform.
As explained earlier, the aim of this portal is to get maximum costing for the seller's products and to fulfil the buyer's requirements. We take registration fee from the seller online via payment gateway which is integrated on our website and also charge for the auction we conduct. If a seller asks for his registration fee back, no matter what the reason is, we complete the refund process within 15 days.
In-Between (Seller & Buyer)
Whenever a buyer makes any payment to any seller, he should do it after careful consideration and only after complete verification. Because easyauction.in only provides a platform to organize auctions, where sellers upload their items and the buyer bids on them and wins through auction. We will not be responsible for any payment. If a buyer is making any payment to a seller, he should do it after careful consideration.
Pre-bid EMD Refund Policy
If Buyer is not an H1, the pre-bid EMD will be returned to the EMD Ledger after decision. To get a refund, you can:
• Login to Portal
• Click on Raise ‘EMD Refund Request’
• Upload the RTGS mandate form and cancelled cheque through your login
• Seller will validate the form and Bank Account Details
• Click on ‘Submit’
EMD Refund Process usually take 03 to 07 days for process however it depends upon seller’s policy . So this is advise to buyer before paying any EMD Amount for any event to seller please read all ‘Auction terms & Conditions” Clearly.
